In order to look after your health and well-being, we've created a fun and enjoyable environment to virtually connect with us and other Carers.
The Good Vibes program is a 4-week program setup up to lift the spirits of every Carer
who joins the program.
The program focuses on four main areas: Movement, Feeling Good, Eating well and Social
1. Movement – The program will provide weekly instructional videos showcasing yoga and Nia dance. Nia is a fun, dynamic movement practice that leaves you feeling energised and alive.
Blending the latest body-mind science with ancient wisdom, Nia educates and inspires you to live
and move with embodied Joy.
2. Feeling good –CCA staff will share techniques and stories as well as handpicked Carers
explaining how they deal with feeling good, inspirational emails and fact sheets are supplied weekly that provide illustrations and explanations of practical science-based activities that enhance feeling good every day.
3. Eating – A 4-week practical nutrition program is provided for all dietary requirements.
4. Social inclusion – Once we can socialise again the program will move offline with “Good Vibe“ quarterly meetups. The meetups will be established to ensure the community is being socially inclusive.
